Lemp’s Grand Hall is a magnificent banquet hall with original hard maple floors. It is located at the corner of Lemp Avenue and Cherokee Street. The Lemp Mansion also offers a beautiful outdoor patio and gazebo. Our facilities hold between 20 and 300 guests and are available for banquets, parties and receptions of all kinds.

Ceremony Services

Ceremony fee   $500.00 to $700.00 2 hour time
Ceremony setup fee   $150.00
Ceremony rehearsal fee   $175.00
Chair Rental   $1.15 each
Decorating is permitted - must be done within 2 hour time period (ceremony rental time)
Dressing areas for bride in one of our bed and breakfast rooms   $195.00
Check in 2 hours before ceremony. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
Dressing area for Groom in the Coach Haus $100.00
Water or beverage service may be included at additional fee.
Guests are permitted onto grounds no earlier than 30 minutes prior to start of ceremony
Rice, bird seed, table confetti and bubbles (indoor) are not permitted
All decorations must be approved 2 weeks prior to event

All guests must be clear of the facility 1/2 hour after the bar closes
Additional hour open bar   $6.50 per person and requires additional facility rental of $200.00 to $400.00 and additional servers fees of $30.00 per server
DJ or Band cannot play after the bar closes unless planned 4 days prior to the event, additional charges will apply
Decorating is permitted 1/2 hour prior to start of event
Table confetti is not permitted
All decorations must be approved 2 weeks prior to event
